Signalling Solutions offer a service and repair facility for our products and systems.

We are able to provide bespoke services to meet our customer operational requirements and to assist our customers in managing the lifecycle cost of ownership.

For both trackside and trainborne signalling equipment, we can offer custom service packages that include :

Technical support helpdesk - specific telephone helpline number and email address

Product service and repairs

Fixed repair prices and timescales - allow better management of costs through fixed repair price lists and better spares management through fixed repair turnaround times

Product repair/exchange program - if required put in place an exchange program where a returned unit is replaced immediately from a contract specific stock holding

Product performance analysis - review performance of our products in operation, analyse trends and manage operational issues

Technical investigations - detailed analysis of any failures
