On the 1st Oct 2007 Signalling Solutions Ltd, an ALSTOM and Balfour Beatty joint venture company commenced trading, with the new management structure being endorsed by the Managing Director Mr David Felton. Press releases were issued to coincide with the Signalling Solutions launch reception in London on 9th October.

The Signalling Solutions launch was in the heart of the City of London at 30 St Mary Axe. The views of the sunset gave a very unusual and spectacular backdrop to this unique event.
